Executive, Supply Chain Data Analyst

 

The Executive, Supply Chain Data Analyst supports the Center of Excellence team during the implementation of Supply Chain programs. His / Her mission is to focus on Supply Chain Performance and Analytics, assist with data extractions, support the improvement of tools including automation for KPIs monitoring, and leveraging data and insights to enhance the efficiency and overall performance of the supply chain within an organisation.

Performance Analytics 

  • Monitoring and publishing Regional Supply Chain KPIs (OSA, Supplier Fill Rate, Warehouse Fill Rate, Stock Situation, Depreciation, C2P, etc.)
  • Identifying risks and proposing proactive solutions to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions
  • Conducting inventory health analysis reviews to identify risks associated with slow-moving, discontinued, expired, or damaged products, enabling timely Return to Vendor (RTV) and markdown programs
  • Reviewing KPIs and identifying necessary adjustments or new requirements in tools (IRIS, DOMO, and Power BI) due to new project implementations (OMS Project, RELEX, etc.), and assisting in developing, testing and checking implemented enhancements 
  • Applying statistical methods and data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and KPIs in the supply chain
  • Supporting adhoc analyses (e.g., lead times, short tail analysis) to support decision-making

 

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

  • Supporting continuous improvement efforts by standardizing best practices for future initiatives and building a strong capability base to provide insights
  • Contributing to innovation within the supply chain organization

 

We would love to hear from you if you are/have…

  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a supply chain environment 
  • Retail and Ecommerce experience a strong plus, otherwise FMCG preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or Statistics or related field
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI/Python etc, experience with Macroquery or similar data querying tools
  • Strong analytics and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel capabilities required
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting within the department as well as with other departments, partners and providers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work 
  • Hands-on and solution-oriented
  • Fluent in English - both verbal and written
