Sephora SEA’s omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).

As a Manager, Integrated Marketing, you will report to the Head of Marketing (ANZ) and will be directly responsible for delivering and executing our omnichannel marketing campaigns, working in close partnership with our regional marketing teams to execute toolkits across all Sephora marketing lovers and touchpoints that are in alignment with business goals.

  • Marketing Calendar / Strategy Execution
    • Supporting the regional team in the development of multi-brand, omnichannel campaign executions that ensure full funnel activation across the year to drive Sephora product differentiation
    • Partnering closely with regional and global teams to ensure toolkits and plans are set up for strong success in Australia and New Zealand
    • Working closely with retail and digital teams (both in the support office and in the field) to ensure aligned and high-quality executions on each touch point across all stores, app and online
    • Disciplined reporting and post-mortems to understand and improve execution and performance
  • Being the custodian of our unique Sephora brand codes and expressions through campaign executions
  • Championing the voice of the customer amongst the local ANZ team, collaborating closely and supporting key functional partners in Finance, Supply, Merchandising, Retail and Digital, as well as the store managers
  • Building consensus and collaborating effectively with the regional Sephora team, sharing insights and data that help develop the strongest possible plan for Australia and New Zealand, while also partnering to build scale

 

We would love to hear from you if you are/have…

  • At least 6-8 years of professional experience in the retail industry, ideally in retail or in environments with many brands
  • Degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Ability to both think big picture and be a visionary/idea generator - leading program vision and planning while also getting involved in the details of program execution
  • Experience managing a budget
  • Experience working with cross-functional partners or clients to meet their business needs
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple detail-oriented projects and to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to approach projects with a can-do attitude and create process where there isn’t one
  • Strong and proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions, local/regional/global levels within Marketing and external partners/brands
  • Ability to embrace change, demonstrate resilience and lead teams with agility, change and a fast-paced retail environment
