O que você vai fazer: 

  • Monitorar os resultados de vendas e atuar com o time para alcançar metas; 

  • Apoiar a gerência no cumprimento dos planos de vendas e controle de despesas; 

  • Desenvolver estratégias para impulsionar negócios, fidelização e eventos; 

  • Utilizar ferramentas de planejamento para garantir resultados operacionais; 

  • Analisar tendências de mercado e agir com visão competitiva. 

  

O que buscamos: 

  • Superior completo ou cursando (Gestão Comercial, Administração, Marketing ou áreas afins); 

  • Experiência com planejamento de demanda e gestão de indicadores; 

  • Vivência em liderança no varejo de luxo ou cosméticos; 

  • Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de estoque; 

  • Perfil analítico, comunicativo e orientado a resultados.
