Job Description:
The Sales & Education Manager, ANZ will lead the execution of Haus Labs’ sales, education, and brand strategy across Australia and New Zealand. This pivotal role will focus on maximizing our Sephora partnership, expanding retail performance, and driving field education initiatives to elevate in-store experience and consumer engagement.
You will be responsible for building brand awareness, adapting/delivering impactful training programs, and driving market share growth in both established and high-potential doors. Partnering closely with the Global Sales and Education teams, you will bring a strong understanding of the beauty landscape and local consumer behavior to adapt global strategies for regional success. You will also support regional forecasting, sales planning, and retail activation, contributing to the overall performance of the business in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales & Market Development
- Own and execute the ANZ sales and education strategy to drive market share growth in prestige beauty across Australia and New Zealand.
- Collaborate closely with Sephora ANZ teams to ensure consistent brand presence, aligned promotional calendars, and strong retail relationships.
- Develop and implement annual sales plans and retail education strategies in alignment with global goals, with a focus on strengthening Sephora ANZ partnership and optimizing in-store execution.
- Identify and develop high-opportunity doors and regions, using data-driven insights to tailor brand initiatives and grow awareness and conversion.
Retail Education & Field Team Leadership
- Adapt and execute education strategies that elevate artistry, brand storytelling, and service standards in-store.
- Deliver impactful training programs (virtual and in-store) to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and brand advocacy across all retail touchpoints
Cross-functional Collaboration & Regional Integration
- Share regional insights, performance metrics, and competitive feedback to inform product, marketing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Support planning and execution of new product launches, seasonal events, and brand activations that resonate with the ANZ consumer.
Operational Excellence & Brand Compliance
- Monitor retail performance, education ROI, and team productivity, providing regular reporting to regional and global leadership.
- Assist in forecasting, planning, and stock management processes to support sell-through and retail growth.
Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of experience in sales and/or education roles within the prestige beauty industry, ideally with makeup expertise.
- Proven experience working with Sephora ANZ or other luxury beauty retailers.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and building strong retail partnerships in the ANZ market.
- Strong understanding of education strategy and in-store operations.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with strong analytical capabilities and commercial acumen.
- Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand as needed.
