Assistant Manager / Manager, Supply Chain Excellence
The Assistant Manager / Manager, Supply Chain Excellence comes in co-leading the Center of Excellence (CoE) agenda across countries in the regional capacity. The individual’s mission is to predominantly focus on Supply Chain Performance Management and Analytics, to deliver measurable improvements across the Supply Chain organisation.

Performance Management and Data Analytics
- Owning the regional Supply Chain KPI framework (e.g. On‑Shelf Availability, Supplier Fill Rate, Inventory Health, Days of Inventory, Depreciation, Forecast Accuracy, etc.)
- Challenging and improving performance with clear targets and a glidepath on key Supply Chain metrics through regular, structured cross‑functional reviews
- Leading the Supply Chain digitalization and advanced analytics roadmap by working closely with the Supply Chain Data Analyst on the design, deployment and automation of performance management tools, dashboards and insights
- Acting as the key Supply Chain counterpart and regional data hub to drive commercial outcomes, including markdown recommendations and price elasticity analyses to optimize excess inventory clearance during key promotional campaigns
- Preparing and presenting key Supply Chain performance updates for S&OP, executive management and key governance forums, highlighting risks, opportunities and required business decisions
Process Excellence and Continuous Improvements
- Acting as the key Supply Chain counterpart to Technology, Finance, and Commercial teams for solution design, testing and go-live of tools and processes for new initiatives
- Identifying productivity, cost and service improvement opportunities; prioritizing and delivering a pipeline of process optimization initiatives with clear, quantified benefits
- Serving as the spokesperson for Supply Chain capability building in the region, ensuring local teams are supported in the implementation and stabilization of new initiatives
- Acting as a thought partner to the Head of Supply Chain Excellence and the Supply Chain Director on regional Supply Chain strategy, priorities and trade-offs
- Leading change management for Supply Chain transformation initiatives, including communication, training, stakeholder alignment and adoption tracking
- Driving continuous improvement by standardizing best practices for future initiatives and building a strong capability base across the region
We would love to hear from you if you are/have…
- 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably regional or multi-country exposure; at least 1-3 years in a manager or project lead role
- Strong background in Supply Chain planning, performance management, or operations excellence; exposure to transformation or CoE roles would be a key advantage
- Experience in complex omni-channel operations would be a strong plus
- Proven track record leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable improvements in key supply chain metrics
- Solid understanding of end-to-end key supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver, return) and relevant KPIs
- Strong analytical skills and ease with data; comfortable reviewing complex analyses and challenging business assumptions as necessary
- Proficiency in data management and visualization tools and mechanics
- Structured project management skills; illustrated ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel tracks
- Excellent communication skills; demonstrated ability to work with multiple function stakeholders vertically and horizontally
