The Repair Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of service orders within Repair Services and the supporting departments.  This requires managing the workflow of a small team of representatives to drive operational success via reporting, planning, analysis and project participation. This position will serve as a liaison between the RS Processors, Repair Services technicians, Lead Technicians, Materials department, RS Management Team and Vault Management as well as other departments across the facility in supporting the SLA’s to our clients.

This position will serve as a liaison between the RS Processors, Repair Services technicians, Lead Technicians, Materials department, RS Management Team and Vault Management as well as other departments across the facility in supporting the SLA’s to our clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Proactively organize daily workflow and provide guidance to the Processor Team to ensure timely movement of repair orders.
  • Work with Senior Specialists, Lead Technicians and Management across different departments to quickly resolve order issues and questions to avoid delays.
  • Operate as the initial point of contact for the Processor Team as well as other client facing teams in relation to workflow inquiries and identifying the location of orders.
  • Consistently review and analyze inventory reports to ensure the correct work is moving and provide immediate focus to areas of concern.
  • Develop and maintain reports to provide insight into volume and service performance.
  • Analyze production and workflow data to proactively identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Participate in special projects and/or provide coverage during absences of Repair Services Representatives.
  • Ad hoc reporting as needed.     

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Microsoft Office: Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, Vlookup)
  • Detail oriented and extremely well organized
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a highly dynamic environment and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; strong English language usage with professional writing skills.
  • Undergraduate degree with 1-3 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an operations, technical. or luxury retail environment
  • Knowledge of Business Objects, JD Edwards and the AS400 system
  • Prior supervisory experience

The hiring range for this position ranges from $28 - $38 per hour. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
