En tant que membre à part entière de l'équipe Merchandising EMEA, l’apprenti aidera l'équipe à maximiser la performance du business à travers des missions variées.

Missions: 

  • Créer et/ou mettre à jour des rapports d’analyse de performance (analyse des ventes par catégories produits, collections, marché et targets commerciales). 
  • En charge de l’ensemble des présentations qui animent la communité merchandising (présentation performance pour VP durant le Codir, présentation hebdomadaire pour le weekly avec les marchés, présentation stratégiques annexes)   
  • Contribuer à la mise en place de nouveaux dashboards sur PowerBi pour soutenir la région et les marchés 
  • En charge de la Newsletter Business (pour les marchés)
  • Coordonner les projets régionaux avec plusieurs équipes 

Qualifications: 

  • Solides compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
  • Sens aigu de l'organisation et de la précision
  • Très bonnes capacités analytiques
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la gestion du temps et des priorités, 
  • Capacité de travailler dans des délais précis et dans des environnements où le rythme est soutenu
  • Connaissances avancées d'Excel (par exemple, V-lookups, tableaux croisés dynamiques, formatage conditionnel, somme si, etc.)
  • Connaissance approfondie de tous les autres programmes Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word et Outlook, Teams).
  • La maîtrise de PowerBI est un plus 
  • Capacité à apprendre rapidement et à retenir les processus

As an integral member of the EMEA Merchandising Team, the apprentice will support the team in maximizing product performance through a variety of missions. 

This role presents immense opportunity for growth and contribution to the continued evolution of Tiffany & Co in EMEA region: the successful candidate will contribute to our vision to drive continuous improvement in our daily operations.

We are seeking a candidate who is highly interested in culture, people, media, technology, and luxury.

Missions: 

  • Create and/or update reports to analyze our performance (sales analysis by product categories, by collections & markets, commercial targets)
  • In charge of all the business presentations to animate the merchandising community (weekly for VP, weekly merchandising meeting, strategic projects)
  • Continue to develop new Dashboards on PowerBi to support the region & markets 
  • In charge of the Monthly Business Newsletters (for markets)
  • Coordinate regional projects among several teams 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Full-time, 12 Month Program
  • Strong communications skills both verbal and written
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy
  • Excellent follow-through practices
  • Superior analytical capabilities
  • Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g. V-lookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, sum Ifs, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of all other Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word & Outlook, Teams) 
  • PowerBI is a plus
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain processes
