業務内容

ティファニージャパンの扱うジュエリー等の商品の輸出入に関わる、通関業務、物流リードタイム、外部物流業者間を行う部門の一員となるポジションです。

  1. 業務対象となる品目：商品・店舗什器類・修理用パーツなど
  2. 輸入業務
    • 本社からの出荷情報を基にした配送業者・通関業者との適切な輸入通関
    • 最短納期での国内物流倉庫への納品
    • 社内関係者への入荷情報の適切な情報共有
    • 定期的な配送業者とのパフォーマンスレビュー、サービス品質向上の依頼・実施
  3. 輸出業務
    • 国際間の商品移動に伴う、マーチャンダイジング部門、国内物流倉庫、配送業者、移動先の社内関係者との調整
    • 一時輸入手続きにて輸入した商品の適切な輸出対応
  4. 経理処理・レポーティング
    • 担当業務に関する、週次・月次のKPIスコアの更新
    • 配送業者・通関業者からの月次請求書の適切な支払い・費用計上処理

 

必要スキル・経験

  • 3-5年の国際物流業務サービスバイダー（Freight Forwarding /輸出入通関）または輸入者側の担当者としての業務経験
  • 主にメールによる英語でのコミュニケーション能力
  • 「貿易法：通関法」に関する知識があれば尚可
  • PCスキル（MS Windows、Word/Excel/Outlook/Power Point/Access）
