Position

General Purpose

She/He will ensure the accuracy, reliability and integrity of Sales and Accounts Receivable (“AR”) financial data as below.

 

Job Responsibilities

Sales and Accounts Receivables (Daily / Month-End Closing / Reporting)

  • Prepare invoices
  • Prepare/review sales and AR journal entries
  • Prepare monthly journal entries, such as accruals, sales return reserves
  • E-commerce order management
  • Perform reconciliations of deposit and AR
  • Monitor AR movement / balance.
  • Supporting monthly, quarterly, annual closing for reporting, internal control, audit support or tax requirements, 
  • Make cash forecast related to sales transactions and monitor forecast and actual
  • Support boutique operations by responding to inquiries from boutiques or other departments
  • Special projects as required

 

Key Accountabilities

  • AR work: journal entries, reconciliations, invoices, monthly reporting, audit and tax requirements, reconciliations, closing tasks (includes internal control, audit, tax compliance), cash forecasts
  • Boutique support: support for financial operations, store openings and others
  • e-commerce support
  • Administrative work and work improvements

 

Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivables area
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet the deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential
  • Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
