Key Accountabilities:

Studio Operations & Shoot Management

  • Lead pre-production activities including creative alignment, shot lists, resource planning, and talent coordination.
  • Handle all prep, production, and wrap for internal studio shoots, with a focus on product photography.
  • Act as liaison between project managers, creatives, in-house photographers, and external vendors to achieve creative goals.
  • Partner with Creative Leads and Art Department to secure resources for product shoots.

  • Build and maintain a preferred vendor list, negotiating bulk rates to optimize costs.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with project management and production tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, Capture One, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Familiarity with file management systems and image archiving best practices.
  • Experience working with product photography, e-commerce, or fashion/retail a plus.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $122,485 - $172,920. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
