Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain and Merchandising Director to lead end-to-end merchandising and supply chain functions across the LATAM region. This role will focus on driving demand planning, supporting sales and retail operations, and optimizing product assortment and inventory flow. The ideal candidate has strong regional market knowledge, strategic vision, and a hands-on approach to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Ambition and Demand Planning: Category Growth & Mix, New Product Forecasts, Monthly Best Estimate, SKU-level Forecasts
- Sales & Retail Support: New Product Communication, Events/Activations, Retail Tools/Learning Support, Product Performance Actions Plans, Store Visits
- Assortment & New Store Planning: Assortment Strategy Feedback and Opportunities, New Store Product Sales & Space Planning, Productivity, Floorplans
- CVM: Floorplan Review Collaboration, Roll-Out of In-Store Creatives, Display Guidance Updates, Windows Product Support
- High Jewelry: Management of Local Caravan Rotation and Planning, Sales and Inventory Tracking, Store HJ Product Inquiries
- Pricing & Reporting: Zone Pricing Strategies, Competitor Pricing, Communication to Retail Partner Accounts, Sales Reporting, Holiday/Event Sales Analyses
- Travel Requirements: 25%
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a merchandising or supply chain management role
- Bachelor’s degree, business major preferred
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written/verbal communication
- Process-oriented with sound decision-making
- Possess overall luxury aesthetic sensibility
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement
- Proven ability to function effectively in a highly dynamic team environment
- Knowledge of basic retail concepts and calculations
- Languages: English/Spanish Required, Portuguese Preferred
