HR Retail Intern FNBM - Tiffany & Co. 

Description de poste:

Intégré(e) au sein de la Direction Ressources Humaines, vous accompagnerez le HR Manager France Benelux & Monaco dans la gestion opérationnelle de ses missions. 

Principales Missions: 

  • Recrutement: Gestion du recrutement en autonomie (Publication des annonces, screening des CVs, préqualifications téléphoniques, participation aux entretiens)
  • Onboarding: Préparer l'arrivée des nouveaux collaborateurs et faciliter leur intégration au sein de la Maison
  • Participation à l'administration du personnel (dossiers d'embauche, lettres d'offres, programme VIE...)
  • Préparation des newsletters et communication RH
  • Participation au développement et à l'organisation des actions d'animation interne (évènements division, rédaction des notes d'organisation...)
  • Participation aux divers projets RH, dont celui de la dématérialisation des dossiers de la fonction RH

 

Qualifications: 

  • Etudiant(e) d'une école de commerce ou RH. 
  • Excellente communication orale et écrite en français, et maitrise de l'Anglais 
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à mener des projets de manière autonome
  • Bonne capacité d'organisation 
  • Force de proposition, curiosité
  • Esprit de synthèse et d'analyse
