The Intern will be part of the Southern Europe Client Experience team (Events team), based in the Headquarter in Milan and will perform as Intern - Event Operations & Project Coordinator.

Main responsibilities

 

The Event Operations & Project Coordinator is responsible for: 

  • Manage end‑to‑end operational of in‑store activations and client events, including hands‑on execution, daily project tracking, and costs monitoring
  • Ensure flawless delivery through precise coordination of all stakeholders in high-volume of projects, often in live retail settings.
  • Combine strong operational expertise with excellent organizational, analytical, and visual presentation skills, requiring daily updates of trackers and the creation of clear, concept‑driven, and visually refined PowerPoint presentations. 
  • Partner with Finance team to report and complete internal processes

     

 

Requirements:

he ideal candidate is xtremely organized, proactive, detail‑oriented, and resilient, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Degree/Master in Marketing/Events/Communications or related field
  • Previous experiences in Retail, Hospitality or Event areas is a valuable plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Strong analytical skills and passions for elaborating reports
  • Problem solving and proactive attitude
  • Fluent in Italian and English, a third language is a plus (especially Spanish or Turkish)

 

Internship details:

  • 6 months internship → starting date May-2026 (immediate availability)
  • Full-time internship (40h per week)
  • Monthly remuneration, ticket restaurants and personal devices 
  • Office is located in Milan, Smart working: 1 day per week
