Who are we looking for?
At Benefit Cosmetics, we are looking for an eyebrow and beauty expert!
The Brow & Beauty Expert is responsible for presenting and selling products. They also perform eyebrow treatments, including tinting, waxing, and shaping. Above all, the Brow & Beauty Expert is responsible for creating an unforgettable and positive customer experience.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Achieve and track individual sales targets through customer engagement, performing brow treatments, and effectively presenting Benefit products, utilizing the Beauty ABC's & Service ABC's sales approach.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and Douglas colleagues.
- Participate in events at your counter, including new product launches.
- Communicate stock requirements (for treatments and sales).
- Keep the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times.
Profile
Your competencies and qualifications:
- You have proven experience in retail and/or customer contact (cosmetics experience preferred).
- You possess a strong passion for cosmetics and brow services, with a natural aptitude for sales.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and demonstrate the ability to effectively multi-task.
- You are proactive and comfortable engaging customers to drive sales ("traffic stopping").
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
- You are a dynamic, enterprising, and independent individual.
