Position

To provide solid logistics service to support sales. (Import, Export, warehouse, domestic transportation)
To monitor and follow-up Quality matter and tag-compliance
To analyze permanent items stock level and liaise Berluti JP and HQ supply chain
To manage obsolete items. (Staff sale and destruction)
To cooperate with HQ environment team and implement their strategy with Berluti JP team

Job responsibilities

Logistics:

Lead import, export, domestic transportation for products and non-products (VM, Store development)
Manage and monitor EPA & TQ
Manage and improve warehouse operation & cost control
Control and manage the reconciliation of data flow and finance flow
Hands-on support to Logistics coordinator

QC:

Manage initial defect issue with other Quality & Service manager (HQ QC team)
Maintain care labels compliant and efficient (HQ RTW production team)

Supply Chain:

Monitor stock level of permanent products
Distribution of TAC

Obsolete items management:

Organize staff sale and make analysis & report
Manage items’ end-of-life

Environment:

Liaise HQ environment team and Berluti Japan
Pursue the opportunity to make Berluti Japan’s operation more sustainable
Facilitate Climate Fresk
Manage local projects to capture carbon and preserve local biodiversity

Profile

Education & Professional experience :

Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics and QC

Languages :

Fluent in Japanese & Business level of English

Specific competencies:
Ability to take initiatives and involve other teams to achieve the business results

Excellent interpersonal skills and business communication skills

Ability to take balance between coordination or daily operations and long term strategy

Ability to take decision, anticipate, prioritize while handling multiple tasks is required
