  • Nurture existing customer relationships, utilizing advanced CRM tools to foster lifelong loyalty among our esteemed clientele.

Retail Experience:

  • Exceed sales targets and service expectations, delivering unparalleled performance.
  • Master business performance metrics to drive success.
  • Curate captivating visual merchandising displays to showcase our high jewelry pieces flawlessly.

Operational Excellence:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in retail management systems, facilitating seamless transactions and database management.
  • Uphold inventory accuracy through meticulous handling and storage in accordance with company standards.

Profile

 

Your success:

  • Commerce or sales background with a minimum of 4 years' experience in sales, focusing on high jewelry clientele.
  • Jewelry and / or watches experience are a plus but not a must
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational, administrative, and computer skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, coupled with flexibility and ownership.
  • Proactive attitude, effective communication, and keen business acumen.
  • Strong networking abilities and collaborative spirit.
  • Pleasant demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills, especially in cultivating relationships with high jewelry clientele.
