Position

To develop, manage, and execute visual merchandising plans in the market. To manage the coordination of windows and props, deliveries, purchase documents, logistics with various providers in accordance with each market’s customs and restrictions. To collaborate with internal and external stakeholders ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Visual Merchandising.

Job responsibilities

Windows
•    Coordinate with the central office, and foreign/ local suppliers for the installation of the windows.
•    Coordinate window deliveries with central, logistics and suppliers.
•    Create purchase orders and liaise with local and central finance.
•    Manage the implementation and execution of window changes.  
•    Prepare installation reports 

In-store Visual Merchandising 
•    Plan, prepare and implement rotations in consultation with store management and merchandising.
•    Revise the product allocation according to received comments together with Local merchandising, Retail, Store managers.
•    Share qualitative and photographic feedback on a monthly basis with central/local teams, report and analyze best practice. 
•    Be the ambassador and role model in store for visual merchandising, demonstrating an active genuine passion and strong enthusiasm.
•    Master knowledge of all product categories.
•    Collaborate with the merchandising team to understand the marketing calendars and ensure all new launches or initiatives are implemented on the sales floor.
•    Work closely with merchandising to help drive sales on novelties, fast and slow movers action. 
•    Manage the reordering of props, visual merchandising tools, and new campaign implementations where necessary.
•    Ensure products are displayed according to our standards and current guidelines.
•    Propose moves and changes on the sales floor based on stock availability. 
•    Lead and mentor the VM specialist with best Practices and information sharing.

Events & Projects 

•    Assist in planning layout of products for events in store and external, working closely with the events team and merchandising 
•    Responsible of the local small events and timing coordination between local marketing activities and VM activities
•    Responsible for supporting the new openings or personalized retailers through orders placement, follow up of delivery and proper installation.
•    Ensure all displays and projects align with global directives and brand image.
•    Work with the store team to prepare the product presentation. 
•    Manage the Planograms for new store product displays and event/project reports. 
•    Maintain and meet budgets for all in-store visual displays and installations.
•    Research of local suppliers to be inserted into qualified suppliers by VM Production and occasionally verify the local production (factory visit).

Profile

Academic / Professional Qualifications
•    Min a degree in VM/ Business Administration/ Supply Chain/ Logistics
•    Min 3 years of relevant working experience
•    Strong analytical skills and attention to details
•    Knowledge of Bulgari Products
•    Understand luxury environment 
•    Knowledge of supply chain and IT applications
