Position

 

This role will take lead to develop and execute Compensation and Benefits programs and monitor salary structures in order to balance staffing needs with cost controls and support Bvlgari as a competitive organization. He/she will also provide complete HR Services, from employment processing to payroll administration, employee records management, security and health compliance, labor laws and relations management. Guarantee the constant monitoring of headcount and personnel costs, respecting the assigned budget.

Job responsibilities

Program Implementation

  • Develop and execute tailored compensation programs that reflect our Maison’s unique positioning
  • Implement refined job evaluation methodologies and salary structures aligned with market practices
  • Design and deliver innovative benefits solutions that enhance employee experience

 

Compensation & Benefit

  • Be responsible for HK payroll and ensure the data accuracy and provide for further processing on time. Review Macau payroll.
  • Review commission calculation.
  • Prepare final payment calculation.
  • Support the annual salary review and benchmark process under corporate guideline and be within timeline
  • Implement and deploy locally the variable Compensation structures dedicated to Sales Personnel and Managerial population according to Corporate’s guidelines. Partner with Senior Manager to design and deploy initiatives (e.g. spot incentive plans) aligned with business strategies.
  • Oversee competitive analysis, salary increases and compensation structures at local level by running specific Market Surveys, analyzing the outcomes in order to ensure appropriate Compensation across all Departments and sharing the results with Greater China C&B team
  • Oversee Budgeting & Forecasting activities in relation to Personnel Costs. Guarantee that the culture beneath cost planning, analysis and control is spread amongst the local management and HR community.
  • Proactively support and advise on all Compensation and Benefits related matters, having as main counterparts the local Management, local HR Director, Regional LVMH C&B and central C&B team.
  • Manage Reporting activities to LVMH.

 

HR Operations

  • Be responsible for employees’ check-in & check-out process, and proper maintenance of employee personal files;
  • Manage HR benefit administration, e.g. employee medical, insurance, MPF and etc
  • Implement HR policies & procedures and answer employee inquiries accordingly, including leave management, etc.;
  • Prepare the monthly various HR reports with accuracy and deliver on time

 

HR Systems Administration

  • Maintain employee information in the related system
  • As the key user, answer HR inquires
  • Follow up on the HR system related projects, includes system upgrades or new system implementation.
  • Assist in HR Information System testing and adjustment

 

HR Project

  • Support local HR initiatives and the ongoing improvement in different HR processes/ project as assigned
  • Assist in formulating and enhancing HR policies & procedures

 

 

Profile

  • Bachelor degree and above in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Fluent in both written & spoken English and Chinese
  • Minimum of 12 years’ HR experience in sizeable company, prefer from luxury retail industry
  • Familiar with HK and Macau Employment Ordinance
  • Familiar with SAP and Flex System is a plus
