Position

This position will be responsible for maximizing sales results and brand image via a dynamic management of the jewelry and watch assortment, sales performance and action plan for stores in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

Job responsibilities

  • Define boutique assortment according to boutique cluster and differentiate boutique specialty with collaboration with boutique while corporate guideline is respected.
  • Develop budget and sales target by Collection.  Monitor sales and develop action plan to achieve target.
  • Formulate and analyze sales and stock.  Provide necessary reports. Identify opportunities and communicate to stakeholders including Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain & HQ to take business decisions on regular basis.
  • Monitor assortment and set up for store openings in cooperation with Product Visual Merchandising.
  • Collect market intelligence and competitors’ info.  Develop action plan to cater business needs.
  • Ensure a strong collaboration with Commercial, Marketing, CRM, Product Visual Merchandising, Logistics & HQ.
  • Act as a strong bridge between regions and HQ to collect feedback from boutique and HQ.
  • Build strong bonding with the Merchandising team in China to work out holistic action plan for Greater China.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain on distribution strategy and delivery related issues.  Reflect Target Stock Level needs in advance to cope with business needs.

Profile

•    Bachelor’s degree 
•    Fluent in both Chinese and English 
•    Minimum 10 years of merchandising experience in the luxury market 
•    Knowledge of Luxury Retail Jewelry business
•    Knowledge in Watches is a plus
•    Knowledge of Retail processes, guidelines and procedures
•    Knowledge of the relevant market (competitors,
•    luxury business etc.)
•    Knowledge of Supply Chain and distribution process 
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
•    Knowledge in SAP and PowerBI
•    A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
