Job responsibilities

  • Professionelle Beratung und Verkauf der BVLGARI Düfte, mit besonderem Fokus auf die High-End Kollektionen, unterstützt durch digitale Tools
  • Verantwortung für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Counters sowie Erreichung definierter Umsatz- und KPI-Ziele
  • Aktive Gewinnung von Neukunden und Pflege des bestehenden Kund:innenkreises
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Counter-Teams
  • Planung und Durchführung von Events, Promotionen und verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Markenpräsenz
  • Umsetzung der der BVLGARI Client Experience und der BVLGARI Merchandising Guidelines sowie qualifizierte Warenpräsentation
  • Organisation reibungsloser Counter-Abläufe (Dienstpläne, Lager, Warenverfügbarkeit durch regelmäßige Bestandsprüfungen, Bestellungen etc.)
  • Regelmäßiger Austausch und Abstimmung mit Ihrem Retail Manager sowie mit Marketing und Training inklusive termingerechtem Reporting

 

 

Profile

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Einzelhandel
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkauf in der Kosmetik- oder Luxusbranche, idealerweise als Counter Manager
  • Leidenschaft für Düfte und exklusive Produkte, insbesondere im High-End Segment
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation und Zielorientierung
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel sind wünschenswert
