Reporting to the Technical Development Manager, you are responsible for the consolidation, coordination and validation of all technical 3D assets related to watch developments.

Acting as a key interface between Design, Technical Development, Communication, Marketing, and external suppliers, you collect and structure the required data, model and adapt components based on design inputs, and ensure delivery of exhaustive and accurate Master 3D models, fully consistent with the final physical product.

You also guarantee the reliability of technical documentation and 3D databases, while meeting the highest quality standards and project timelines.

Main responsibilities

3D Technical Consolidation

  • Complete assembly of the object, checking consistency with the actual product (bracelet shape, hands orientation, deformation of movement springs, etc.)
  • Model the missing elements if necessary and/or modify them to comply with the real product
  • Provide CMF (Color, Material and Finishing) indications for the main components
  • Ensure coherence, consistency and completeness of the 3D assemblies
  • Deliver a finalized “Master 3D” model for key references, usable across departments (Technical, Communication, Marketing, etc.)

Project Management & cross-functional alignment

  • Act as project owner and coordinator for the 3D development phase within new product projects
  • Coordinate 3D exchanges with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Interact with Design and development teams to transform 2D design intentions into exhaustive 3D intention models before transmission to the Technical Construction team. Ensure alignment between Design intent and technical feasibility
  • Manage the evolution and validation of 3D files until final approval
  • Follow up on modifications and updates during development phases
  • Guarantee consistency between the validated physical product and the final 3D master
  • Support Communication and Marketing teams by providing accurate and reliable 3D assets
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of 3D workflows and data management

 Watch components development

  • Ensure the technical development and project management of new watch components (cases, bracelets, buckles), from design pre-studies through prototyping, industrialization, and production validation
  • Facilitate the cross-functional coordination with Development, After-Sales, Quality, Purchasing, internal Manufactures, and suppliers, guaranteeing technical feasibility, quality compliance, and adherence to timelines

Profile

  • Technical background in Watch Construction
  • 5+ years of experience in CAD product modeling or technical design, ideally in the watchmaking industry
  • Strong expertise in 3D CAD software (ideally CREO, Rhino, SolidWorks or similar)
  • Excellent knowledge of 2D software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
  • Ideally good understanding of watchmaking construction principles and mechanical constraints
  • Fluent in French with good technical English

You combine technical rigor with aesthetic sensitivity. You have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Positive and team-oriented, you are flexible and able to work with tight deadline.

You are structured, detail-oriented and able to manage transversal projects in a complex environment.

You demonstrate strong coordination skills and can act as a bridge between creative and technical teams.

Pragmatic and solution-oriented, you ensure both accuracy and efficiency in delivering high-quality 3D assets aligned with the Maison’s standards. You are passionate about new digital trends to bring ideas to life through your expertise.
