La Bvlgari Manifattura di Valenza è alla ricerca di un Sustainability Compliance Specialist, che si occuperà del coordinamento di progetti di sostenibilità in collaborazione con altre aziende del Gruppo LVMH e della gestione delle attività di audit e di formazione.

Job responsibilities

  • gestire attivamente progetti inter-company/inter-divisione promossi dal Gruppo rappresentando il punto di vista di Bulgari, coinvolgendo gli stakeholders interni e governando attività e tempi di progetto;
  • contribuire all’implementazione della roadmap di sostenibilità di Bulgari Gioielli partecipando al piano di audit e alle attività di formazione e di Due Diligence;
  • definire il piano audit/formazione verso fornitori terzi, analizzando il loro livello di rischio;
  • registrare e mantenere i dati per finalizzare analisi;
  • coordinare e supervisionare i programmi di formazione destinati alla Manifattura e ai fornitori esterni, partecipando all'erogazione diretta o supportando i formatori;
  • analizzare le procedure interne e valutare impatti, rischi e opportunità di miglioramento.

Profile

  • Laurea in materie economico/scientifiche;
  • Competenze gestionali, organizzative e di analisi;
  • Project management;
  • Conoscenza dei processi produttivi;
  • Ottima conoscenza di Italiano e Inglese;
  • Nice to have: conoscenza del Francese
  • Ottime capacità osservative e relazionali 
  • Disponibilità a trasferte Italia/estero (frequenza mensile)
