General Legal Affairs Internship

Position

Bulgari Spa, within its Corporate Legal Department, based in Rome, is looking for an Intern to join the General Legal Affairs team to assist in the management of commercial legal issues in connection with the Group’s objectives and activities, compliance with national and international regulations, as well as company’s policies and procedures.

Job responsibilities

1. Assistance in the adaptation and/or revision of standards agreements (distribution, franchising, brand ambassadors, events, agency, design etc.) as necessary from time to time to adapt to change in laws and regulations and/or in business strategy and/or models;
2. Support in the preparation of trainings (researches/slides etc);
3. Conduct in-depth research on specific topics relevant to the group's business activities;
4. Monitoring updates and developments in current laws and regulations pertaining to areas of interest for the business as instructed from time to time.

Profile

• Students or graduated in Law;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Flexibility;
• Ablity to deal with ambiguity;
• Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written;
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
