Job responsibilities
In order to strengthen our Watch Marketing department based in Neuchâtel, we are recruiting a:
Watch Marketing Trainee
(6 months from September 2026 to February 2027)
Reporting directly to our Watch Marketing Manager, the main mission of this role is to support our team dedicated to our iconic Serpenti collection on the following activities:
- Product launches: creation of product sheets, in-depth competitive analysis and mapping of our products and collections, follow-up of product shoots, etc....
- Sales and performance analysis, throughout the product life cycle
- Analyze luxury market trends and competitive landscapes, and provide regular, insightful reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to product portfolio analysis, synthesizing findings and formulating actionable recommendations.
What you will learn
- Understanding the product life cycle in the luxury sector, analyzing sales and identifying growth levers.
- Competitive intelligence & benchmarking: ability to analyze trends in the luxury goods market and draw up recommendations for adjusting the offering.
- Product portfolio analysis: structuring and synthesizing complex information to optimize a product range.
Profile
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Management, you are seeking a motivating and enriching internship in the luxury sector. Prior luxury experience is a plus.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI, and project management. Fluency in French and English is required.
Driven by a passion for luxury and a curious mind, you possess sharp analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong results orientation. You excel at developing and presenting strategic insights with attention to both form and content. Your proactive, solutions-oriented approach and autonomous nature allow you to thrive in a challenging environment.
A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills enable you to build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You are committed, flexible, and adept at meeting objectives under pressure.
