BVLGARI is looking for an energetic and highly driven E-Commerce Specialist, South Asia Pacific to join our dynamic team here in Singapore.

Job responsibilities

The incumbent is expected to drive flawless execution of ecommerce operations for key ecommerce markets in Bulgari SAO namely Singapore and Australia. This position also requires strong stakeholder management as it involves working with local/regional and global stakeholders to advance operational levers across various aspects of the overall Omni Channel business.

Ecommerce Operations (SG/AU):

  • Ensure flawless b.com NPS by proactively tracking and escalating customer feedback to stakeholders. Where it is possible, suggest and drive improvements to process for long term growth.
  • To be the backup for AU in the event of edge case circumstances to ensure flawless business continuity

Ecommerce Onsite Operations (SG/AU):

  • Assist with planning and roll out of online events, such as pre-orders and product launches.
  • Ongoing testing and auditing of com to monitor bugs and errors
  • Fortnightly review and optimization of on-site
  • Update promotional banners in line with online events, KCP’s and marketing

calendar.

  • Review category pages monthly and ensure merchandizing of pages is aligned with market priorities and sell-through trends.
  • Brief homepage updates, super-navigation image and content block direction to HQ team for localization needs
  • Support with online visual merchandising when required
  • Update com store locator and Google trading hours ahead public holidays,

KCP’s and as required on an adhoc basis.

  • Partner with Global team to review SEO opportunities. To then partner with Marketing team and agency to operationalize and review SEO updates
  • Partner with Marketing and Marketing agency to review SEM copies with the intent of balancing brand equity and performance marketing
  • Partner with Global teams for any onsite launches via UAT (e.g. New Payment Systems, New conversion optimizations)
  • Additional adhoc tasks as requested both locally, regionally and centrally

Ecommerce Insights and Reporting (SG/AU):

  • Assist in pulling ecommerce reports in partnership with ecommerce manager on a weekly basis

Profile

  • Operational Excellence:Demonstrates willingness to learn and ability to prioritize based on short- and long-term demands
  • Adaptability & Resilience:Comfortable navigating ambiguity and demonstrating flexibility to thrive within a fast-evolving e-commerce landscape.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce tools : Willingness to learn various ecommerce systems - GA4, Salesforce (eCommerce cloud), PIM/DAM, Google Console
  • Analytical Proficiency:Comfortable working with numbers
  • Relevant Experience: Ideally possesses prior experience within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or e-commerce environment. Experience in the Luxury sector is not a prerequisite but would be considered an asset.
