Position

Retail Performance: • Partner with the Managing Director / Commercial Leader to shape annual commercial strategies, including sales forecasting, market opportunity assessment, and resource allocation planning • Translate complex retail performance data into actionable business insights; maintain dynamic performance dashboards and executive-level reporting materials that inform strategic decision-making.) • Identify and promote best retail practices across regions, lead benchmarking and analysis of competitor retail experiences. • Collaborate with Area Managers to develop and execute sales improvement plans, identifying revenue growth opportunities. • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, optimize teamwork, and enhance problem-solving capabilities. • Monitor and optimize retail KPIs to improve store productivity. • Work with Marketing, CRM, and other departments to propose and support retail-related marketing activities and service enhancements. • Develop and follow up on key landlord promotions and local event plans Retail Operations & Projects: • Continuously improve store operational efficiency through process, tool, and system optimization. • Oversee retail projects including new store openings, closures, and store events, ensuring timely and high-quality execution. • Support Area and Store Managers in developing and engaging in-store operational staff • Collaborate with Central Retail Operations to localize, implement, and execute retail guidelines and initiatives • Drive the adoption of new tools/systems in stores, collect feedback, and ensure continuous improvement. Commercial Training: • Strategic Oversight: Provide direction and ensure training initiatives are aligned with retail strategy, brand standards, and commercial objectives. • Team Supervision: Oversee the commercial training team’s planning, prioritization, and delivery, ensuring trainers execute programs effectively. • Quality Assurance: Review training content, methodology, and outcomes to maintain consistency and high standards across all stores. • Performance Evaluation: Monitor trainer performance, set expectations, and provide feedback to ensure accountability and continuous improvement. • Resource Allocation: Approve training schedules, allocate resources, and ensure programs are delivered within budget and timelines. • Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with store managers, commercial leaders, and HR to ensure training supports execution gaps and business priorities. • Reporting & Review: Consolidate training outcomes, report progress to senior management, and recommend adjustments to strengthen frontline capability. Team & Talent Development • Ensure effective implementation of retail strategies and guidelines across the national retail network. • Work with HR to optimize store staffing and talent structure. • Collaborate with HR to design and implement incentive schemes for the retail team, tracking effectiveness.

Job responsibilities

Operations Management •To monitor and analyze sales performance and work closely with CMD and store managers for appropriate action plan •To provide sales analysis report and define store KPIs, e.g. discount rate, conversion rate, accessory sell through, average ticket, number of transaction, and sales strategies with CMD •To ensure proper stock level and best assortments in stores and work closely with logistics and merchandising team for best product forecast and allocation by using TSL system •To act as contact window for department stores and shopping mall management/landlord for any operational issues •To manage all applicable store projects in terms of renovation, maintenance, relocation, contract renewal, etc. and liaise with corporate ID and interior design team •To ensure all procedures and guidelines are well established and followed through in terms of store operations manual and risk prevention and develop operation manual as required. •To benchmark pricing with competitors and other markets through periodic market intelligence collection •To manage and assist Friends & Family Sale and any seasonal sales activities •To work with store managers to propose spot-on incentive plans to HR to boost sales •To monitor local trade environments and trends, e.g. competitors, tourism, consumer, shopping mall development and movements. •To provide feedbacks to marketing team on campaign and PR exposures •Liaise department stores sales promotion activities and monitor competitor brand in-store activities •To coordinate with commercial trainer and store to ensure service standard and selling process follow corporate guideline and implement any initiatives to result in best Mystery Shopping scores among all boutiques. People & Customer Management •To work with store managers to resolve customer complaints and issues in accordance with company policies •To audit store customer service standards and propose solution and improvements to ensure stores are delivering excellent customer service •To work with CMD to develop improvement plans with stores and participate store meetings to optimize teamwork and problem solving •To manage outsourced security and cleaning teams to ensure services are up to corporate standards •To work closely with HR, Training and Store Managers to identify and monitor staff training and development needs •Ensure boutique in charges are fully utilizing the CRM system to maximize customer development opportunities •To evaluate store manpower (roster/ leave record/ annual leave planning) on a regular basis to ensure optimization

Profile

•More than 10 years of working experiences in retail or luxury industry in similar position •Good knowledge of Office Application and trade information •Strong strategic thinking & business acumen, good analytical & execution skills •Good coaching skills and able to motivate the team •Drive for results and detail-oriented •Strong in retail operation management and familiar with the latest luxury retail trend and market information •Possess excellent people management skills and high commitment to meet sales target, goals and objectives
