Store Planning Specialist

Position

The Store Planner will support store planning activities across the Middle East, Africa, and India (MEAI) region, contributing to the coordination of boutique projects, retail initiatives, and maintenance operations.

The role will play a key part in ensuring efficient communication between regional teams, HQ, and external partners, with a strong focus on follow-up, organization, and operational excellence.

Job responsibilities

Maintenance & Operational Coordination

• Coordinate maintenance activities across the regional boutique network
• Act as a primary point of contact for boutique teams on day-to-day operational matters
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely resolution and quality of works
• Track and monitor maintenance requests, interventions, and completion
  status
• Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes and
  responsiveness

Projects Activities & HQ Coordination

• Support preparation of reports, updates, and scenario presentations for HQ
• Ensure smooth and consistent communication between region and HQ
• Track key actions, timelines, and deliverables across retail initiatives
• Assist in aligning regional priorities with HQ expectations
• Maintain clear visibility on ongoing activities and follow-ups

Project Coordination

• Support coordination of boutique projects across different phases
• Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Participate in project meetings and ensure follow-up on action points
• Support preparation of documentation and internal reporting
• Gradually take ownership of smaller projects as experience develops

Budget & Administrative Support

• Assist in CAPEX and OPEX tracking (PO follow-up, budget monitoring)
• Support financial tracking and reporting activities
• Maintain organized and up-to-date project and operational documentations

Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in retail, architecture, construction, or operations
• Experience in multi-project environments is a plus
• Exposure to international or regional environments is preferred
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong follow-up and coordination capabilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of luxury retail fit-out, construction, or maintenance
  processes
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Familiarity with budget tracking CAPEX/OPEX
