Bulgari Corporation of America is looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition. This role is responsible for creating a dynamic, innovative, and diverse approach to building and acquiring talent for Bulgari Americas across both corporate functions and retail. This role is both tactical and strategic, setting the standards and acting as the subject matter expert for the HR team on talent identification, acquisition, as well as supporting retention efforts.

This position’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting all facets of the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle—spanning both corporate offices and retail boutiques including brand networking, strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, and onboarding. This role will proactively collaborate with members of the HR team, including HR Business Partners, Talent Development, and Compensation and Benefits, and will oversee the Talent Acquisition team,

The successful candidate must possess strong core competencies in full-lifecycle recruitment, with extensive prior experience recruiting for retail field roles being highly preferable, alongside corporate functions. This individual will establish and develop a diverse talent bench and pipeline under the direct leadership of the Vice President of Human Resources, working collaboratively across the various Corporate and Retail departments. This position plays a critical role in supporting cultural transformation and aligning with broader LVMH talent acquisition standards and initiatives.

Job responsibilities

Essential Duties:

  • Manage and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Drive innovative, modern approaches to networking, recruitment, and retention strategies for both corporate and retail
  • Streamline and modernize recruitment processes, tools, and interviewer training across all corporate and retail departments.
  • Partner closely with corporate and retail leadership to ensure proactive talent pipelining for store openings, expansions, and ongoing organizational
  • Manage a best-in-class candidate experience from initial sourcing through onboarding and early retention.
  • Support internal mobility processes to mitigate hiring risks and ensure robust short- and long-term diverse talent pipelines.
  • Oversee comprehensive talent sourcing channels and partnerships, including executive search firms, digital platforms, and social media networks.
  • Lead university recruitment and intern programs to create compelling entry-level talent pipelines for the organization.
  • Coach and equip hiring managers with best practices for interviewing, candidate evaluation, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and LVMH counterparts to execute strategic talent acquisition initiatives and share best practices across the Maison.

Profile

Key Competencies:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree in HR is a plus.
  • 7–10 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience, with a proven track record of full-lifecycle recruiting success and Talent Acquisition team leadership.
  • Prior experience recruiting for retail field roles (luxury retail highly preferred) alongside corporate functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute high-volume and executive-level recruitment strategies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence, coach, and partner effectively with leadership across corporate and field operations.
  • Strategic aptitude for talent mapping, pipelining, and data-driven recruitment metrics.
  • Strong sense of urgency, results orientation, and execution capability.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Global HQ vs. local management acumen is a plus.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint); Apple knowledge a plus.
