Period from December 2026 to September 2027
Reporting to the Global Perfume Training & Retail Excellence Senior Manager, you will design, develop, and deploy internationally the perfume training tools and modules, ensuring alignment with the brand’s global strategy and vision.
You are also responsible for organizing and conducting train-the-trainer sessions to ensure consistent and brand-aligned speech, while providing daily support to all Bulgari Perfume trainers and consolidating and sharing market feedback.
Design, develop and deploy product training tools
- Responsible for the design, update, and improvement of perfume training tools
- Development of new content to support launches and strengthen perfume expertise worldwide
- Deployment of the novelties during our Train the Trainers meetings
Project Management & Collaboration
- Internal collaborations: Oversee perfume training projects by participating in weekly cross-functional meetings. You will partner with Fragrance & Formulas to define key launch messages, such as storytelling, olfactive pyramids, and ingredient terminology, and collaborate with Strategic Marketing to ensure message consistency and validate storytelling. Additionally, you will work alongside Operations to develop physical training materials like olfactive and discovery kits.
- External collaborations: Lead and monitor the development of training modules with external agencies by supervising on-time delivery for local needs and ensuring asset availability. You will translate key messages into actionable tools for sales forces, maintain consistent messaging with the brand's identity across all collections, and organize perfumer interviews.
Train-the-Trainers & Daily Support
- Organize and conduct train-the-trainer sessions for local trainers: You will plan and lead both in-person and remote sessions overcoming time-zone constraints to drive engagement while ensuring the timely availability of all digital, physical, product, and POS materials
- Ensure the impact of sessions: clarity, trainer engagement, and ability to cascade the training messages effectively
- Provide daily support to trainers on training tools and sessions
Profile
You hold a degree in a relevant field and bring 2 to 3 years of significant experience in training tools development and educational conception within the beauty, fragrance, or luxury industry. Recognized for your project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, you excel at coordinating multidisciplinary teams, supervising external agencies, and simplifying complex messages.
You demonstrate strong relational intelligence, adaptability, and time management, enabling you to understand global strategies and adapt them to local needs. Thriving in a fast-paced international environment, you possess a strong customer-centric mindset and a solid understanding of retail excellence dynamics. You are fluent in English and French; proficiency in additional languages would be considered an asset.
