For our new Boutique in Vienna, we are looking for a Instore Training Manager who oversees the training and development within a retail environment for our boutique in Vienna. As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You are the ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging training on sales, service, product knowledge, on-boarding, and coaching, aligning with company strategy and market needs
  • Evaluate training needs, track sales performance, provide coaching and support to both under performing and top-performing employees
  • Oversee new employee orientation, conduct floor supervision, deliver spot coaching, and offer post-training follow-up
  • Measure the impact of training programs on key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales and customer experience (CX), and continuously improve training based on data and feedback
  • Partner with merchandising, visual, CRM, PR, and regional training teams to ensure alignment on brand initiatives and share best practices
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the boutique, encouraging employee growth and knowledge sharing
  • Actively contribute to the overall performance and achievement of the boutique's goals through effective training and development initiatives

Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in a training role in retail or hospitality environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, actively listens to understand, and thrives in a dynamic shop floor environment
  • Conveying information clearly and concisely, adapting communication style to effectively train individuals with varying learning needs
  • Time management and Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment 
  • Fluent in German and English, another language on top is a plus
