Job responsibilities

MISSION DESCRIPTION

As part of the Fine Jewellery & Timepieces team, the candidate will contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of Retail projects, operational initiatives and others ad hoc missions (analyses, reporting, etc.) to improve efficiency and overall performance of the FJ&T category in the boutiques. Depending on the subjects, he/she will interact with many other stakeholders, especially Business & Data Analysis, Merchandising, Marketing, Training, CRM, etc.

 

RETAIL PROJECTS & OPERATIONS

· Actively contribute to the development of retail tools to support our regional FJ&T teams in their operations (newsletters, assets, guidelines, etc.) and monitor the adoption and performance of such tools

· Manage vendors communications: coordinate logistics, communications, and deadlines with external vendors and partners

· Conduct competitive analysis: analyse key luxury competitors, focusing on Retail initiatives, communication strategies, events, and overall Retail efforts

· Monitor and share industry trends: lead monthly trend-sharing sessions, managing and presenting relevant articles, videos, and media that highlight new partners, experiences, and media channels

 

CRM & BUSINESS ANALYSIS

· Analysis of CRM data for key launches

· Overseeing the global FJ&T events calendar: ensure tracking of all regional events and cross-functional retail initiatives, reporting on KPIs and key quantitative & qualitative feedback

· Support on regional incentives (understand all incentives put in place & results, best practice sharing, gifts sourcing, etc.)

· Monitoring of the gifting strategy implementation and performance

 

Profile

PROFILE REQUIRED

· Student BAC+4/5 in Management/Business

· First experience in a retail environment would be appreciated in Boutique and/or in Headquarter

KEY COMPETENCIES

· Curious, proactive and strategic

· Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship building abilities

· Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively

· Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail

· Understanding of Retail Operations & Customer Experience is a plus

· Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

· Fluent in French and English
