Position

We are looking for a passionate and driven Client Marketing Manager to join DIOR Singapore. You will be responsible for planning and delivering impactful clientelling activities, strategies & treatments in Singapore to recruit new clients and engage existing clients with the brand. This role involves strategic account planning, networking within industry circles, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with various departments to ensure consistent service excellence.

Job responsibilities

  • Provide business analysis & reporting to communicate about client, project, and commercial performance as necessary

  • Work closely with the retail team on managing and strategizing on their in store client treatment and appointments

  • Develop and execute creative marketing event strategies to raise brand awareness and deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • Manage end-to-end planning and delivery of high-profile client events, conferences, and brand activations

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored experiences

  • Analyse event performance data to continually improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives

  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to integrate events into the overall brand strategy

Any other duties/matter which may be assigned from time to time by your reporting manager.

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in event management or client relationship marketing, preferably within the luxury retail or fashion industry

  • Proven track record of delivering successful, high-profile brand events and experiences

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

  • Creative flair and an eye for detail to conceptualise and execute innovative event concepts

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively

  • Proficient in using event management and CRM software

  • Familiar and have a good understanding of the local client base in Singapore
