The Accounts Payable Intern will assist the Finance team in accounting project set-ups that will benefit Christian Dior Couture and will report to the Finance Manager.

The role is based in Central London.

Start date of this role is the 7th of July 2025 for six months (full-time) internship.

Job responsibilities

The key objectives of the role will include:

  • Support on the creation of suppliers in SAP.
  • Support the maintenance of accounts payable ledgers by verifying and posting supplier invoices, checking invoice versus the purchase order, etc.
  • Verify supplier accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
  • Follow-up and booking of expense claims.
  • Involvement in several accounting projects and follow-up from beginning up to go live.
  • Ad hoc tasks/projects as required

Profile

  • Accountant Bachelor (Ideally)
  • At least one previous work experience (internship) in accounting
  • Motivated and proactive with good social and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and rigorous.
  • customer-oriented mindset
  • Attention to details and high sense of ethic
  • Being able to cope with changes and moving priorities
  • Fluent in English, French is an asset
  • Basic SAP knowledge.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel.
  • Previous experience in accounts payable would be a plus.

Additional information

  • Must be available for at least 6 months and be able to work full time (40 hours per week with Monday to Friday).
  • Must be able to start by 7th of July 2025.
