PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Job Title: VM In Store Assistant
Reporting line: Hierarchical, Store Manager; Functional: Area VM
Department Description:
For our brand-new flagship boutique in Milan Corso Venezia, we are looking for a Visual Merchandiser In Store Assistant. the VM Assistant will support in the day-to-day running of the VM operations, as well as coordination with Head Office Functions

Job responsibilities

YOUR IMPACT
Growing your career as a VM Assistant is a fantastic opportunity to develop critical skills.
During your internship, you can support the VM In Store in the following activities:

• Implement Visual Merchandising in our boutique throughout the seasons, as well as for window changes, product launches and other important events, according to guidelines and presentation rules.
• Monitor the competition in terms of visual identity, presentation techniques and store layout in the luxury sector.
• Take care of drop of new collections, understanding the storytelling and the impact of new products to realize displays following the guidelines.
• VM maintenance: replenishment, check on daily basis before the opening hour and through all the working day.
• Support for the VM reports to send to HO.

Profile

WHAT YOU CAN BRING
Requirements:
• Degree in Fashion and Luxury or related fields
• Basic Knowledge of Visual Merchandising techniques
• IT literate (MS Office, emails, internet use plus Photoshop)
Soft and interpersonal skills:
• Strong Administration and Organization skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive problem solving and critical thinking
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attentive to details and appreciation of fashion and luxury goods market
