East Coast, Canada, Brazil | Based in New York City

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Creative Production, the Creative Production Manager, will oversee the execution of all seasonal creative campaigns across the East Coast, Canada, and Brazil. This individual will serve as the critical link between Dior’s Global Creative Studio in Paris and local architectural spaces, ensuring brand integrity and excellence in execution across a wide and diverse retail network.

This role will take global creative guidelines ("standards") and translate them into site-specific applications—adapting to each location's architectural constraints, regulations, and operational realities. With a deep understanding of production, materials, and installation methods, this Manager will lead creative rollouts, oversee vendor execution, and ensure each activation is delivered with precision, on time, and within budget.

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key production liaison for all seasonal campaigns and activations in the East Coast, Canada, and Brazil.
  • Partner directly with the Global Creative team in Paris to understand seasonal guidelines and ensure local feasibility without compromising creative vision.
  • Translate global standards into scalable, site-specific creative solutions that reflect the brand’s elevated aesthetic.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of seasonal window and interior rollouts, façade animations, and pop-in installations as needed across the designated region.
  • Manage all aspects of budget tracking, forecasting, and cost control in collaboration with the procurement and finance teams.
  • Oversee production timelines, vendor coordination, material sourcing, and local compliance for each execution.
  • Secure necessary permits, coordinate with mall or landlord operations, and navigate regional logistics for installations.
  • Stay ahead of evolving material trends and production techniques, and propose innovative solutions for high-impact displays.
  • Conduct on-site quality control (QC) during fabrication and installation to ensure flawless execution.

Strategic & Creative Partnership

  • Act as the regional steward of global creative standards—ensuring every campaign is tailored with local nuance but never off-brand.
  • Liaise cross-functionally with architecture, VM, logistics, and store operations to anticipate roadblocks and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
  • • Build and nurture relationships with regional vendors and fabrication partners, holding them accountable for excellence and consistency.

Profile

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in creative production, visual merchandising execution, or technical project management—ideally within luxury retail or global brand environments.
  • Fluency in architectural drawings, materials, fabrication methods, and production timelines.
  • Strong understanding of permitting processes and building codes across the U.S., Canada, and Brazil (or ability to learn quickly).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex regional rollouts with multiple concurrent deliverables and tight deadlines.
  • Deep attention to detail with a highly organized, proactive approach to project execution. • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and diplomacy skills to manage across cultures and time zones.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Airtable) and tracking budgets.

CHRISTIAN DIORMAISON

“Whatever you do – whether for work or pleasure – do it with passion! Live with passion,” wrote Christian Dior. Well before he embarked on his destiny as a couturier, Christian Dior was fascinated with art. The young Normandy native and several friends opened an art gallery when he was just 23. In 1938 he learned the métier of pattern cutter with Robert Piguet and three years later began working as a designer for Lucien Lelong. Right from the founding of his Maison in 1946, he transformed his dreams into irresistible creations, seeking to break with the somber war years by elevating pure joy. His visionary spirit celebrated and enchanted women the world over. In only ten years, Monsieur Dior revolutionized the conventions of elegance and femininity, designing collections infused with dreams.
