Job responsibilities

Event Planning & Support

  • Support regional Client Marketing team & work closely with local marketing managers in the development of their event proposals to ensure a smooth coordination with HQ departments
  • Assist the regional Client Marketing team in the planning of events
  • Identify innovative and distinctive animation concepts adapted to the different countries client profiles to propose to HQ for the launch of collections in stores.
  • Handle and track logistics for international shipments of event tools/props.

Event Reporting

  • Collect each post-event reports and conduct in-depth analysis to develop the Regional Client marketing collection analysis/reports
  • Compile quarterly competitor reports

Client Treatment

  • Manage gifting orders from HQ and oversee the gifts logistics & re-invoicing to countries within the regions

Team support

  • Support to prepare the department presentations

Profile

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with key stakeholders
