For our Training-team in our Head Office in Munich we are looking for a Training Intern with passion and drive for a duration of 1-year, supporting full time (40 hours per week). In this position you work closely with our Training team by supporting them in all actions within the Central and Eastern Europe Region.

Job responsibilities

1. SUPPORT REGION TRAINING ACTIVITIES (45%)
  • Manage the registration process for various training sessions
  • Provide logistical support for the organization of Training Events, including venue setup, materials preparation, and participant communication
  • Contribute to the development of innovative and engaging animation strategies for Training Events
  • Assist trainers with the efficient tracking and monitoring of training tools and resources
  • Manage the inventory of training tools and ensure the excellence of the training lab classroom environment

 

2. MANAGE & ANIMATE THE REGION E-LEARNING PERFORMANCE (30%)
  • Oversee the monitoring, tracking, and follow-up of the internal e-learning training completion rates within the region
  • Actively contribute to the animation and engagement of our E-learning Ambassador community
  • Propose and implement innovative approaches for internal communication related to e-learning initiatives
  • Partner closely with Europe training team to set-up, with the training manager, the yearly e-learning strategy

 

3. CONTRIBUTE TO TRAINING PERFORMANCE TRACKING & INTERNAL COMMUNICATION (25%)
  • Assist in the monitoring of the training budget and tracking of invoices
  • Establish and analyze monthly reports on retail training activities specific to our region
  • Support the animation and monitoring of Client Experience performance scores within the market
  • Manage the creation and distribution of the Monthly Internal News-Letter, highlighting Training & Business priorities
  • Maintain and update our Back-office screen for internal communication, ensuring relevant information is shared across the entire region

Profile

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken), another language on top is a plus
  • Prior experience in sales or training in the luxury field is a plus
