Dior Crèations è la sede di Dior dedicata alle attività di gestione della produzione del Ready To Wear.
La risorsa sarà inserita nel team Production & Planning e contribuirà alle attività di pianificazione e avanzamento della produzione delle lavorazioni intermedie (taglio, ricami, tinture, ecc), per le linee uomo e donna.
Sede di lavoro: Caselle di Selvazzano Dentro (PD)
Job responsibilities
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Pianificazione delle fasi intermedie di lavorazione in funzione delle specificità tecniche, delle capacità produttive dei fornitori e della disponibilità dei materiali, proponendo nuove assegnazioni quando necessario.
- Aggiornamento settimanale dei piani di alimentazione dei fornitori delle lavorazioni intermedie.
- Gestione dell’avanzamento di consegna e condivisione dell’output con l’ufficio Avanzamento Produzione
- Interfaccia con la logistica per la gestione delle attività di consegna e ritiro
- Gestione operativa della documentazione e avanzamento delle fasi a sistema
- Gestione dei leftover di materia prima a sistema
Profile
Desideriamo entrare in contatto con candidati/e in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia o discipline affini
- Esperienza professionale di almeno 3 anni in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente maturata presso aziende manifatturiere del settore moda
- Capacità di instaurare e gestire relazioni efficaci e strutturate con fornitori e stakeholder esterni, assicurando un coordinamento operativo puntuale
- Spiccate capacità di analisi, problem solving e flessibilità operativa
- Attitudine al lavoro in team e buone capacità relazionali
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese o francese
