We are looking for an experienced CDM Manager to join our team in Amsterdam!

We are seeking a Client Development Manager who can strengthen client relationships, drive measurable growth, and enhance the boutique experience at every touchpoint.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build a strategy and identify opportunities to recruit High Potential clients for our boutique in Amsterdam
  • Work on improving client segmentation, profiling and targeting for any action in order to improve ROI
  • Increase client loyalty, with a special focus on local clientele, in all departments in conjunction with Department Managers and the Store manager
  • Coaching, training and supporting the team in monitoring their clienteling performances and detecting clienteling opportunities
  • Ownership of all CDM reporting including providing analytical insights and recommendations
  • Coordinate, support and manage all client experiences, including trunk shows, in-store events, venues and other animations
  • Build up strong internal and external partnerships for marketing and event opportunities in the Netherlands
  • Monitor results and profitability of all actions implemented
  • Update and maintain customer data management
  • Ensure Dior standards are applied and maintained at all times in the merchandising, client experience and back-office activities
  • Be, at all times, a brand ambassador for Dior with all points of contact of the business – be it internally or externally by representing the brand in as many public/store events and activities, to promote Dior image, brand, service and products

 

Marketing awareness

  • Be fully aware of the communication/global marketing calendar and strategies
  • Be fully aware of competitor activity
  • Familiar with both local and overseas market situations and trends

Profile

Work Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Luxury Brand in a similar position, with a strong clienteling expertise

 

Skills Required

  • Proven leadership in client development and clienteling strategy.
  • Advanced relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strategic and data-driven mindset.
  • Strong commercial and sales expertise.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Full working proficiency in Dutch and English, any other language is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and other digital tools

Full-time contract (40h/week)

On-site, NO REMOTE

Speaking Dutch is mandatory
