For our E-Commerce department in our Head Office in Munich we are looking for an E-Commerce Intern with passion and drive. You are available for at least 6 months and be able to work full time (40 hours per week). In this position you work closely with our E-Commerce team by supporting them in all actions within the Central and Eastern Europe Region.

Job responsibilities

  • Implementing and optimizing daily site merchandising updates based on key launches, inventory, marketing calendar and overall Merchandising Guidelines in close collaboration with HQ E-Commerce team
  • Optimizing on-site search results based on weekly performance trends
  • Reviewing and validating translations for all digital touchpoints (Newsletter, Homepage, Paid Search & Social)
  • Monitoring product sales performance and assisting with reporting and analyzing all key KPIs
  • Defining product selection for newsletters and performance marketing based on specific communication needs and category performance
  • Continuously monitor & report site bugs related to product and content displayed
  • Monitoring competition on current trends and best practices of e-commerce competitors
  • Participating in the preparation of presentations on an ad hoc basis

Profile

  • University studies with a focus on Business, E-Commerce, or another relevant field
  • First significant work experience ideally in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing (e.g. working student or internships)
  • Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in German and English - another language on top is a plus
  • An analytical mindset and strong organization skills in combination with an interest in digital trends
  • Knowledge of the E-Commerce/digital/analytics KPIs and tools (Google Analytics) is a plus
