Position

This position is responsible for shaping and aligning the local merchandising strategy for Men’s Ready to Wear & Accessory. Through thoughtful planning of buying and distribution, and close collaboration with both BU and local teams, aims to identifying growth opportunities, drives sales performance, and continuously elevate efficiency of the assigned categories.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies tailored to the local market, curating a refined and balanced assortment of RTW and Accessories (including Custom Jewelry, Ties & Scarves, Hats, Belts, and Eyewear) across all boutiques.
  • Collaborate closely with the BU team to translate seasonal collection ambitions into clear product strategy, ensuring alignment with sales targets and optimize sell-through performance.
  • Partner effectively with cross functional teams to support key decisions on OTB planning, while ensuring strategic alignment with global guidelines.
  • Provide insightful and constructive feedback to the BU team, leveraging local market intelligence and category performance analysis.
  • Prepare and analyze weekly and collection-based sales and sell-through reports, identifying opportunities and defining actionable plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with Supply chain team to ensure optimal stock flow and maximize the sales opportunities across the seasons.
  • Work closely with retail team to articulate clear product strategies, enhancing both sales performance and execution in line with global direction.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Retail teams on events, ensuring strong product curation and effective stock allocation to achieve event targets.
  • Work closely with VM team on product launches, new store openings and monthly floor-set
  • Work closely with Training team to conduct product training for boutique team
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to anticipate trends and identify strategic opportunities.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in fashion related major
  • Minimum 10 years of merchandising experience in fashion and luxury brands, including at least 3 years in managerial capacity.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, proficient in Microsoft tools
  • In-depth understanding of local fashion market and commercial acumen
  • Proficient in both oral and written English
  • Willing to work under dynamic environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
