JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Il Modellista Pelletteria sarà responsabile dello sviluppo tecnico dei modelli di borse a partire dal disegno stilistico, traducendo le indicazioni creative in soluzioni costruttive e industrializzabili, garantendo qualità, fattibilità tecnica e coerenza con gli standard del brand.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES

STRATEGY and KEY TASKS

- Sviluppo dei cartamodelli a partire dal disegno stilistico

- Traduzione delle indicazioni creative in soluzioni tecniche e costruttive

- Definizione delle specifiche tecniche di prodotto

- Supporto alla fase di prototipia e messa a punto del prodotto

- Interfaccia costante con sviluppo prodotto, prototipia e industrializzazione

- Ottimizzazione del modello in ottica di produzione

- Verifica della fattibilità tecnica e qualitativa del prodotto

- Individuazione di criticità tecniche e proposta di soluzioni migliorative

- Gestione di modifiche e affinamenti durante le fasi di sviluppo

Profile

TECHNICAL SKILLS – PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

- Esperienza consolidata come modellista di borse in contesti strutturati del lusso

- Approfondita conoscenza delle tecniche costruttive e dei materiali

- Esperienza nello sviluppo cartamodelli e utilizzo CAD

- Capacità di interpretazione del disegno stilistico

- Redazione schede tecniche

- Problem solving e attenzione al dettaglio

- Capacità di lavorare in team interfunzionali

- Preferenza esperienza pregressa in prototipia
