Christian Dior Couture is seeking a highly connected, culturally fluent and commercially driven Head of Private Client Relations, Europe to lead the development and growth of the Maison’s most strategic private clients across the region.

This role owns the annual European uberluxury client revenue ambition and top client strategy across Haute Couture, High Jewellery and high end categories. The position combines ambassadorial representation, portfolio governance, recruitment, ecosystem development and measurable commercial accountability.

Reporting to the Europe Client Marketing Director, the Head of Private Client Relations works in close partnership with the Head of High End Events and Client Treatment. While that function owns event strategy, calendar management and execution, the Head of Private Client Relations owns client development, recruitment strategy, sales ambition and overall commercial performance linked to top client growth.

Job responsibilities

European Top Client and Uberluxury Revenue Ownership

  • Define and lead the annual European top client and uberluxury strategy.
  • Own the annual revenue targets associated with the region’s top client portfolios
  • In partnership with the WJ Commercial Development team, drive measurable growth across Haute Couture, High Jewellery and high end categories.
  • Monitor performance of top clients and implement structured action plans in partnership with markets.
  • In partnership with the Head of Client Engagement and Retail Marketing, oversee segmentation, governance and disciplined ownership of the European top client portfolio.

 

Client Portfolio Development and Recruitment

  • Leverage an existing portfolio of ultra high net worth relationships to support acquisition and business development.
  • Define and track recruitment targets for new strategic clients across Europe.
  • Partner with Subzone Marketing Leads, Private Client Relations Managers and VIP Managers to elevate, structure and govern top client portfolios.
  • Identify white space opportunities within priority markets and implement targeted development strategies.

 

Strategic Ecosystem Partnerships and Client Prospection

  • Identify and develop selective third party partnerships that unlock access to ultra high net worth client communities across Europe.
  • Define measurable recruitment and revenue objectives linked to each partnership.
  • Track conversion of prospects into active top clients and integrate them into the European portfolio strategy.
  • Ensure all partnerships directly support annual uberluxury revenue and recruitment ambitions.

 

Strategic Partnership with High End Events

In close collaboration with the Head of High End Events and Client Treatment:

  • Define sales ambition and client objectives linked to each major event.
  • Consult on optimal client selection aligned with portfolio strategy and revenue priorities.
  • Ensure event invitations reflect recruitment and development objectives.
  • Drive structured post event follow up in partnership with markets to convert opportunities into measurable sales growth.

 

Event production, calendar management and execution remain under the responsibility of the Head of High End Events and Client Treatment.

Ambassadorial Representation and Ecosystem Leadership

  • Act as a senior ambassador for the Maison across key European capitals such as Paris, London, Milan, Geneva, Madrid, Lisbon and Monaco.
  • Host select high value clients and curated groups at strategic Maison moments.
  • Maintain strong visibility within cultural, philanthropic and luxury ecosystems to unlock new client opportunities.
  • Contribute strong knowledge of High Jewellery and uberluxury product to reinforce credibility and conversion.

Profile

 

  • 12 plus years of experience in uberluxury retail, private client leadership, high end PR or related ecosystems.
  • Strong and active portfolio of ultra high net worth relationships across Europe.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering significant revenue growth within top client segments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build high value third party partnerships that translate into client acquisition.
  • Deep understanding of High Jewellery and uberluxury client.
  • Recognised ability to act as a credible ambassador and host senior clientele.
  • Highly analytical, commercially driven and comfortable with revenue accountability.
  • Fluent in English and additional European languages.
