For our Head Office in Munich Maximilianstraße we are looking for a Human Resources Manager in Retail with passion and drive.
Within the Central Europe & Eastern Europe Region (6 Countries) you will be responsible for the full “360 HR CYCLE” for the designed scope of 2 countries Germany & Austria.
Your mission is to bring a strong positive impact to the teams & business - to drive a culture of empowerment, coaching, development, simplification and digitalization. You are working closely with the management to monitor and optimize team performance to business priorities. As a true partner in retail, you will be a key contact, and you will work closely with managers in their HR activities. You are also the main contact for the Retail Teams & Head Office Teams.
The position is based in our Head Office in Munich Maximilianstrasse – min. 50 % travel activity is requested in a decentralized region
Job responsibilities
TALENT EXPERIENCE & TALENTELING
- Knowing our talents & develop succession planning
- Coach managers on defining Individual Development Plans
- Mobilities in and out; coach and accompany employees on mobility
- Proactive planning of Missions
- Proactively drive internal performance review
- Develop the Organization Management Review
- Streamlining initiatives for talent experience
- Working closely with the training department
- Strong collaboration with Retail Head and other stake holders
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE & ATTRACTION
- Foster an exceptional candidate experience
- Reviewing the employer branding strategy & landscape of recruiting agencies
- Proactively source and actively recruit talents
- Partner with the management team and training team on onboarding programs
- Focusing and targeting the Future Retailers -
- Campus management
HR OPERATIONS & C&B
- Responsible for all monthly reporting requirements
- HR procedures are legally compliant and in line with internal audit requirements
- Ensure the precise and timely execution of HR Operations and preparation and follow up on Budget
- Conduct Indiv. Compensation Review campaigns
- Preparation in collaboration with C&B candidate packages
- Deputize for payroll when required to ensure smooth delivery of all payroll processes
- Reviewing the benefits landscape & communicate about it
STRUCTURE, PROCESS & TRANSVERSAL PROJECTS
- Continuing to strengthen the boutique structures
- Lead and participate in transversal HR & retail projects
- Testing new methodologies
- Take a proactive approach to CSR activities
- Ensure compliance on HR related health & safety topics
Profile
- You are experienced in the world of retail or/and hospitality
- With a master’s degree from a business school or university specializing in HR, you must have minimum 10 years' experience in a generalist HR retail position
- With strong interpersonal skills, you are generous and curious in your dealings, while being agile and results-oriented in a context of rapid change
- You are proactive, pragmatic and solutions-oriented, and you have strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results & high hands-on mentality
- Fluent german and english essential
