Position

This position plays a key part in driving the growth and development of the Fine Jewelry & Timepieces business in Korea through broad involvement across commercial planning, retail performance, merchandising, client initiatives, and business operations.
Operating within a lean, and high-visibility team, this position offers broad exposure across merchandising, retail, client engagement, and business operations within a fast-evolving luxury category

Job responsibilities

Commercial & Business Operations

  • Take ownership of assigned business initiatives and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen Fine Jewelry & Watches category performance
  • Monitor sales performance, category KPIs, and inventory dynamics to recommend commercial actions and business improvements
  • Manage stock planning, transfers, and product allocation with strong attention to commercial impact and business priorities
  • Support forecasting, reporting, and business analysis to drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making

Retail & Client Development

  • Partner closely with boutiques to support category development, sell-through, and client engagement initiatives
  • Own the coordination and execution of retail events and fine jewellery client activations
  • Collaborate with retail teams on product storytelling, category activation, and client opportunities
  • Support the execution of Fine Jewelry events and high-value client experiences
  • Contribute to the development of selling tools, product communication, and retail support materials

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with local, regional, and central stakeholders to ensure smooth execution across operations, after-sales, and commercial initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Support process improvements and operational initiatives that strengthen execution quality and business performance

Profile

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury retail, merchandising, buying, or commercial functions
  • Strong ownership mindset with the initiative and drive to operate proactively in a lean and fast-paced environment
  • Commercially curious and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution
  • Comfortable working across functions and adapting quickly in evolving business environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across retail and HQ teams
  • Highly organized with strong analytical capability and follow-through
  • Advanced Excel capability with confidence managing merchandising and business analysis independently
  • Interest in Fine Jewelry, luxury retail, and client experience is highly valued
  • Fluent in Korean and English
