Position
As the CRM Director at CELINE, you will define, design, and deliver visionary strategies and cutting-edge tools to develop our client business across all markets, and elevate their experience at every touchpoint with the Maison. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of client engagement, ensuring every interaction reflects the unparalleled luxury and distinctive aesthetic of CELINE.
Your primary responsibilities will include defining the overarching clienteling strategy, leading the meticulous implementation of a comprehensive roadmap to drive client growth across all segments, and relentlessly enhancing the client experience across all our physical and digital platforms, in perfect accordance with CELINE's unique aesthetic and values.

CRM STRATEGY:
- Orchestrate the global CRM campaign calendar in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring all campaigns strategically align with CELINE's iconic brand identity, ambitious commercial targets, and desired elevated client experience. This includes developing innovative and engaging campaigns that resonate with our diverse clientele.
- Leverage advanced data-driven insights to continually refine CRM campaigns through sophisticated personalization and segmentation techniques. The ultimate aim is to boost revenue streams, significantly strengthen client loyalty, and deepen brand engagement, fostering a profound connection between our clients and the Maison.
- Establish a robust and dynamic system for monitoring CRM campaign effectiveness, utilizing granular performance data to drive ongoing optimization. This ensures maximum relevance and resonance across all client demographics and global markets, guaranteeing a truly impactful client outreach.
- Pioneer the integration of emerging CRM technologies and innovative approaches to client engagement, positioning CELINE at the forefront of luxury client relationship management.
DRIVE THE STRATEGIC GROWTH AND EXPANSION OF GLOBAL CLIENTELING INITIATIVES:
- Lead and meticulously refine personalized clienteling strategies and daily in-store practices, cultivating a culture of exceptional execution and fostering deep, meaningful, and lasting client relationships that embody the spirit of CELINE.
- Implement a comprehensive framework of KPIs and advanced analysis techniques to rigorously measure and maximize the ROI of client development investments and in-store initiatives. This focus will encompass both significantly enhancing the client experience and robustly boosting the bottom line.
- Develop and implement bespoke training programs for retail teams worldwide, empowering them with the tools and knowledge to deliver an unparalleled clienteling experience consistent with CELINE's luxury standards.
- Collaborate closely with regional teams to adapt global clienteling strategies to local market nuances, ensuring cultural relevance and maximizing effectiveness while maintaining brand consistency.
LEADERSHIP & TEAM MANAGEMENT:
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global CRM team, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Champion a client-centric mindset across the organization, advocating for the client's voice in all strategic decisions and operational processes.
- Effectively manage budgets and resources allocated to CRM and clienteling initiatives, ensuring optimal utilization and demonstrable return on investment.
Profile
PROFILE :
- Significant experience (15+ years) in clienteling management within an international environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make insight-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and clienteling technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
