DISTRIBUTION PLANNER, SEAO (CONTRACT)

Job responsibilities

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As a Distribution Planner, you will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager and be supporting inventory allocations across SEAO region. You will be the privileged contact point for inquiries from the Retail Store related to Stock and order management and working very closely with merchandising, logistic teams and Paris headquarters.

This role is an opportunity for a motivated individual to utilize his or her business and planning support skills to deliver valuable operational support. This role requires a results-oriented self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

YOUR IMPACT

Stock Management

• Ensure stock availability and manage scarcity level to optimize sales opportunities
• Follow up fulfillment rates based on target stock/manual orders/setup stock to ensure timely deliveries
• Liaise with Retail Boutiques as the contact for Stock availability and work with Local merchandisers and / or Paris teams for best solutions to meet customer satisfaction
• Coordinate stock transfers within the region to have a well-balanced stock situation at Boutique level
• Lead store openings and pop-up target stock definition and deliveries in collaboration with Merchandising, logistic and Paris team
• Manage stock returns based on Paris team’s requests and local merchandising alignment
• Ensure system stock information and physical stock movements are in sync

Continuous Improvement

• Work in a commercial and strategic way with both local and central teams to ensure the best outcomes for the business
• Support distribution tools enhancements in line with our regional specificities
• Develop dashboards to provide visibility on inventory level and stock movements
• Support Logistic team by identifying process improvement points and drives for a smoother order fulfilment process

Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong analytical skills and a self-starter
• Team player with communicational skills
• Excel skills a must
• Min 2 years' experience
