YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is responsible for supporting the Omnichannel team, focusing on operations support for the Warehouse, CSC, and Retail/Ecomm Teams.

YOUR IMPACT
• Learn the Omnichannel Order Flow processes and its relation to Merchandising and Supply Chain with the goal of optimizing the Client Experience in-store and online
• Partner with the warehouse team to ensure timely transfer/order fulfillment, including daily order reporting and follow ups with the team
• Troubleshoot and Open IT tickets for ad hoc order issues (order export, address validation, etc)
• Communicate with store teams to ensure timely transfer fulfillment to warehouse
• Support CSC team by assisting with and communicating order updates and cancellations, UPS Tracking and Return to Sender, and Return updates
• Support the client delivery process, including tracking and troubleshooting.

• Analyze and report on fulfillment optimizations and targets based on inventory and fulfillment rates
• Partner with the ecommerce growth manager on inventory optimization in stock points
• Assist with packaging standards to ensure the client experience is standardized
• Assist Omni Team with various ad hoc projects

KEYS FOR SUCCESS

Education:


• Post-grad early career professionals or retail professional

Experience:

• Desire to learn and collaborate with corporate and retail environments.
• Proficiency in Excel
• Willingness to learn various software programs.

Competencies:
• Enthusiasm for a career in omnichannel and/or ecommerce, with an interest in luxury products and design.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Proactive and eager to take initiative.
• Good observation and listening skills.
• Developing problem-solving abilities.
• Strong foundational oral and written communication skills.

Languages: Foreign Languages a plus
