CELINE is looking for a Sales Assistant to join its Rodeo Drive location in Beverly Hills, CA!

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is responsible for supporting the sales process by processing client transactions and responding to incoming calls from clients.

YOUR IMPACT

• Accurately process client transactions on the POS system
• Gather client information in database
• Verify the price of merchandise as necessary
• Wrap and bag merchandise
• Answer phones and ensure proper customer follow-up
• Support store management with special ad hoc projects as needed
• Assist in general housekeeping and the maintenance of the store image
• Run merchandise and support shipping and receiving and inventory control as requested

KEYS FOR SUCCESS

Education:

• Business School, University or "equivalent experience

Experience:

• This position requires minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment
• Tech Savvy - ability to learn and use various software programs

Competencies:

• Desire to work in a retail setting, with a focus on sales
• Experience with Back of house/ Stock and inventory
• Passion for luxury product with an appreciation for design
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends, and holidays

The compensation for this position ranges from $21 - $25 hourly. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
