PERMANENT CONTRACT / BASED IN LONDON

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As a Team Manager, you will participate in motivating the team to maximize profitable sales whilst ensuring all KPIs and guidelines are delivered and run. You will operate an efficient store which represents the CELINE brand image and delivers world class customer service.

 

Job responsibilities

YOUR IMPACT

  • Embody the brand image for customers and the store team and have a strong understanding of the brand DNA
  • Lead by example in demonstrating role model behaviour that is representative of the CELINE brand

 

A Business Developer

  • Being responsible for the sales and profitability of your category
  • Regularly analyze the category’s performances and implement the right actions plans when needed
  • Implementing clienteling actions and coach the sales consultants
  • Being the link between the store management and department
  • Providing relevant and regular analysis and feedback on your department performance, needs and on the business environment to the Store Manager and Operations and Performance Manager

 

Client Management and General Store VM

  • Promote the brand internally and externally in your daily environment
  • Guarantee that every client receives the utmost experience in store
  • Help your team in succeeding in engaging and connecting with their clients to increase brand loyalty
  • Ensure that the image of your department is constantly consistent with brand guidelines
  • Ensure that all the processes are compliant with the internal policies

 

Process Owner

  • Ensure that all the processes are compliant with the internal policies
  • Organise and plan the activities of your department: support the store management in defining the staff schedule

 

TALENT MANAGER & SKILLS DEVELOPER

  • Lead and manage the department staff
  • Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment
  • Develop a strong team spirit
  • Regularly coach each member of your team ensuring they offer the client the utmost experience in store

Profile

PROFILE & EXPERIENCE:

Experience

  • Position requires a minimum of 5 years in Luxury retail, minimum of 2 years managing people

 

Competencies

  • High product and fashion sensitivity
  • Proven ability to manage a large team, strong leadership skills
  • Talent for coaching and developing a team

 

LANGUAGES:

Fluent English required.
